Problem Definition

Currently, there's a feature to export the users from admin.atlassian.com > directory > Users > three dots button > export users.

However, there's no such a feature for groups.

Situation

• Sometimes customer needs more details on groups like when were the certain groups created, but there's no info about that.

Suggested Solution

Provide a parity feature to the user export.
