Problem

Admins can choose where their Cloud data is stored based on data residency settings.
Similarly, admins can also request a specific timezone for maintenance windows, which is also location-based.
However, these two are not connected, which means that changing data residency can cause a mismatch and a possible maintenance window at unexpected hours.

Solution

Allow the option to keep the maintenance window timezone and data residency always connected, so that updating data residency automatically updates the maintenance window's timezone to match the location.
