Expand support for work item editable fields in Atlassian CLI Tool

      Currently, the Atlassian CLI Tool only supports a handful of fields for its WorkItem Edit operation, those being:

      • assignee
      • description
      • labels (add/remove)
      • summary
      • type

      While the Work Item Create Operation allows the use of 'additionalAttributes', essentially allowing any field to be set on creation.

      • Please add support to the 'additionalAttributes' option in the Work Item Edit operation on ACLI.
