BRIE needs to capture org change

      Issue Summary

      The BRIE backup did not work as we could not handle the Org was changed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set Backup policy.
      2. Schedule the backup to run.

      Expected Results

      The backup is run . 

      Actual Results

      The below errors are seen

      Returning [401 UNAUTHORIZED] status for error: com.atlassian.migration.catalogue.security.UserUnauthorizedForResource: User doesn't have permission manage/org on ARI{resourceOwner=platform, resourceType=org,

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
