      Current Problem:
In the Jira Work Item View (Issue View), several quick-add buttons (e.g., "Create subtask," "Link work item," "Add form," and third-party app actions) are displayed. However, there is no official documentation that explains:

      1. Display Logic: The specific conditions under which each button appears or disappears.
      1. Display Limits: The maximum number of buttons shown before they are moved into the "More actions" (ellipsis) menu, and how this varies by screen resolution.
      1. Button Types: A comprehensive list of all native quick-add buttons available across different Jira products (JWM, JSW, JSM).
      1. Ordering Logic: How Jira determines the default sequence of these buttons.

This lack of information makes it difficult for Jira administrators to troubleshoot why certain users see different buttons or to guide users on how to find specific actions.

      Suggested Solution:
Publish a detailed article on the Atlassian Support site or Documentation portal that covers the technical specifications of the quick-add action bar. This should include:

      • A list of all possible native buttons and their required permissions/conditions.
      • Explanation of the responsive design behavior (how many buttons show on different screen sizes).
      • Clarification on how third-party app buttons interact with native buttons in this space.
