User without permissions is allowed to create Backup policy

      Issue Summary

      You need to have organization admin and app admin permissions to back up and restore data. However system has no block on creation and it does not show any error on the UI.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. You do not have necessary permissions to run Backup policy.
      2. Still you can successfully create Backup Policy .

      Expected Results

      The Backup policy should fail creation with error message.

      Actual Results

      The Backup policy sits in system without any error or failure.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
