C2C Jira data transfer can display "copying" status even though task completed

      Issue Summary

      User may run a data transfer from Cloud to Cloud. If an error is encountered, the UI may remain stuck in a state where a task reports "Copying" even though the entire transfer is completed after a few minutes.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Select Data Transfer for Jira
      2. Select Project data to copy
      3. Begin data transfer

      Expected Results

      • Accurate status of the transfer should be visible within the UI

      Actual Results

      • The UI may get stuck with status of "Copying" even though the data transfer completed.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
