      Issue Summary

      When using the “Transfer Jira” to migrate Jira projects, the migration actually copies Plans, Dashboards, and Boards & Filters correctly, but the post-migration result report shows “0” migrated items for these categories.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a copy plan using Transfer Jira data
      2. Choose Dashboard and cross project board&filter section as referenced
      3. Run copy
      4. The post-migration result shows "0 boards(filters) added and updated"
      5. But actually boards and filters are migrated

      Expected Results

      Should show the exact counts

      "0 boards added and updated"

      Workaround

      Atlassian internal tool shows the correct counts
