Issue Summary

Currently, there is no official API to programmatically retrieve the update details (release notes) shown in the [Organization Admin] > [Apps] > [Release Management] > [Release Track] screen for Confluence Cloud. This makes it difficult for organizations to automate the process of sharing update information internally, especially for those using the bundled release track.

Suggested Solution:
Provide an official REST API endpoint that allows organization admins to fetch the same update details (release notes) that are displayed in the Release Track section of the admin console. The API should support filtering by product (e.g., Confluence, Jira), release track, and date range.

Workaround:
Currently, admins must manually check the admin console and copy the update details, or attempt unsupported methods such as web scraping, which is not reliable or officially supported.
