      Issue Summary

      Sandbox sends notification that our JSM sandbox will be suspended in 7 days due to inactivity, while we are actively using it.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Sandbox is actively used.
      2. You receive email that your sanbox will be suspended due to inactivity.

      Expected Results

      The sandbox remains active and no email is sent.

      Actual Results

      An email notification is sent that your sanbox will be suspended due to inactivity

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
