Add a capability to list all Atlassian Marketplace apps installed on a specific cloud site, and for each app with a REST API endpoint: 

• Show key metadata (name, vendor, app key, current installed version, etc.)
• Indicate via a flag whether an update is available (e.g. Up to date / Update available).
• Allow admins to quickly filter, sort, and export this list.
• Make the list filterable/sortable and exportable (CSV/JSON)
  This is intended for site admins / platform owners who need visibility into app footprint and upgrade posture for a given site.
