Currently, when performing a Jira Cloud-to-Cloud migration (Data Transfer), Compass components that are referenced by Jira work items are not included in the migration.
As a result, after migration, the components field in the migrated work items is empty if those components originated from Compass.

It will be great to include Compass components and preserve their associations with Jira work items during migration. This would ensure that all component references remain intact and no manual reassignment is required post-migration.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Subscribe to Compass and add Compass components.
2. Create a Jira Company-managed project and use Compass components (via Project Settings > Components).
3. Create Jira work items and assign Compass components to them.
4. Perform a Cloud-to-Cloud migration to transfer the project to a new site.
5. After migration, Compass components are not present and the components field is empty.

Expected Outcome:

Compass components and their associations with Jira work items should be migrated to the new site, provided Compass is available on the target site.
