      Issue Summary

      Backup policies are not deactivated when a cloud site is deleted, leaving orphaned backup configurations in the admin portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a backup policy for a cloud site.
      1. Delete the associated cloud site.
      1. Check the status of the backup policy in the admin portal.

      Expected Results

      Backup policy related to the deleted cloud site is automatically deactivated or removed.

      Actual Results

      Backup policy remains active in the admin portal even after the associated cloud site is deleted.
