REST API to retrieve organisation data on the basis of the Site URL or cloud ID

      Issue Summary

      Currently Get Organizations REST API allows to retrieval of data for an organisation only on the basis of the Organisation API key. There is no way to query organisations by tenant (for example, a Jira/Confluence Cloud site URL or cloud Id).

      Allow the Organisation REST API to retrieve organisation data on the basis of Cloud id or Site URL.
