Goals and Projects cannot be pinned to Switzerland region

      Issue Summary

      Switzerland incorrectly appears as a selectable data residency location for Focus, Talent and Home (Goals and Projects), and attempts to move to Switzerland fail with an error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organisation if you have more than one.
      2. Select Data management > Data residency.
      3. Next to your app, click Change location.
      4. Select Switzerland as the new data residency location and attempt to make the change.

      Expected Results

      Since only the US, AU, EU, and DE are supported realms for Goals and Projects data residency, Switzerland should not appear as a valid location option for Goals and Projects.

      Actual Results

      • Switzerland appears as a selectable location.
      • The move fails with the error "We are unable to schedule your move”, and the data residency location remains unchanged.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
