Issue Summary

Sandbox copy failing in Jixport phase while restoring JSM data

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate a sandbox copy from prod
2. The copy fails the the import/export phase

Expected Results

Copy should be successful

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the log file:

ImportProgress(rawStatus=Failed, rawProgress=19, description=Task failed, startTime=1762978347079, result=[\"jsm-pbp-migrations-restore-jsm-data failed: Provider jsm-pbp-migrations-restore-jsm-data reported a failure (success=false) - Failed to initiate restore for one or more entities\"]) 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
