Issue Summary

When using the "Copy Product Data" feature for Jira with the "only customers and organizations associated with selected projects" option, 'customers' of JSM projects were displayed in "review selection" screen though non-JSM projects were selected for copy.

This is reproducible on Data Center: No

Steps to Reproduce

It has both JSM and Jira projects in the source site. JSM has some portal customers. 

1. Go to "Copy product data."
2. Select Jira project(non-JSM) for copy.
3. Under Customers and organizations, select "Only customers and organizations associated with selected projects."
4. Review selections (it shows a count of customers under the "What's included" section)
5. Start Copy data

Expected Results

• No portal customers are copied to the destination site.

• Customers count should be displayed correctly in "review selection" screen.

  Actual Results

• Customers aren't migrated as per the migration files.
• However showing customer's count in review selection screen creates confusion.
