Previewing a large text file flickers the page

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attach a large text file to an issue
      2. Preview the text, and start scrolling the text file

      Expected Results

      Allow to scroll continuously

      Actual Results

      Blinks the page and back to the beginning of the file

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
