Issue Summary

Currently, storage used by Business projects does not appear to be included in the storage totals for any Jira product (neither Jira nor Jira Service Management) as displayed in the storage management dashboard in Admin Hub. This results in storage usage from Business projects not being reflected in the overall storage totals, which may lead to inaccurate reporting and confusion for administrators monitoring their instance’s storage consumption.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload attachments or data to a Business project.
2. Check the storage totals in the organization’s storage management dashboard (Admin Hub > Apps > Site > Site Settings > Storage)
3. Observe that the storage used by the Business project is not reflected in the Jira or JSM storage totals.

Expected Results

Storage used by Business projects should be accurately counted toward the appropriate Jira product’s storage total.

Actual Results

Storage used by Business projects is not included in any Jira product storage total.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
