1. User selects to create Jira, JSM, Confluence sandbox

Expected Behavior

1. Sandbox should be created after a few minutes

Actual Behavior

1. Sandbox creation is started and event appears as CREATING.
2. Sandbox creation never completes

Suggestion

Due to the number of users affected by this behavior, improving the sandbox creation workflow would help avoid this scenario automatically.
