Free accounts have no support options. A low-priority queue for them would be helpful.

      Current Behaviour

      At the moment, Community Support (from the Atlassian Community) is available to anyone who signs up. Users of Cloud Free plans are only eligible for community support.

      The Free plans have access to self help resources
      This has been documented in our Atlassian Support Offerings

      Suggestion
      A low-priority queue for Free tier would be helpful.
