Problem
- Cloud backup (via backup policy) - https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/assign-a-product-to-a-policy can stop working silently due to the owner of the backup policy losing Org Admin rights.
- Or, the owner of the policy could've left the company.
Suggestions
- Better public documentation, describing limitations such as the above.
- Some notification in case backups are not triggered on schedule for whatever reason.
- A simple way to transfer ownership of policies to another Org Admin in case the owner of policy is inactive / left.
