Currently, site users can initiate product trials requests (e.g., Jira, Jira Service Management, etc.) directly from home.atlassian.com, even if the organization only uses Confluence or other specific products.
When a user selects “Try” for a new product, a notification is automatically sent to the site administrator requesting to start the trial.
Although These trial suggestions can be disabled under the “Recommended for your team” section in the App Switcher from within the site, there’s currently no option to prevent or disable similar trial prompts from the Atlassian home page (home.atlassian.com).
This leads to repeated trial requests from users and unnecessary notifications to site admins, especially in organizations that want to restrict product access strictly to approved tools.
