      Issue Summary

      Allow to delete sandbox groups along with sandbox and the users with hard delete.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Customer needs to delete sandbox before 28 days of auto deletion when in Offline state.
      2. They raise issue with Atlassian Support.
      3. Atlassian support performs hard delete per request.

      Expected Results

      Every data including group names get deleted.

      Actual Results

      Group names do not get deleted.

      Workaround

      Manually delete the groups after the hard deletion.
