      Issue Summary

      Delete sandbox groups along with sandbox and the users with hard delete.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Sandbox auto-deletes after 28 days when in Offline state.
      2. They either wait for auto deletion or raise issue with Atlassian Support.
      3. Atlassian support performs hard delete per request.

      Expected Results

      Every data including group names get deleted.

      Actual Results

      Group names created while creating sandbox do not get deleted.

      Workaround

      Manually delete the groups after the hard deletion.
