Issue summary

• In production instances with large data sets (number of spaces or projects and size of attachments), sandbox data cloning takes longer. During this time, the UI shows no updates except for the status:

"We're copying all projects."

While copying, we cannot display details of the data transfer.

Expected results

• The copy details screen should show a valid progress indicator.

Actual results

• The UI displays "copying data" with an estimated copy time, which is inaccurate for large transfers. This may lead users to believe that the sandbox data copy is stuck.
