Issue Summary

Data residency is currently available to pin a location for each Atlassian product. While the admin can choose the country, they are unable to specify which region in that specific country should be chosen. 

Expected Results

Allow pinning an Atlassian product to specific regions within an available country

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
