      Issue Summary

      Backup and restore experience is available for customers on the Enterprise plan through a beta program, as per documentation: Overview of Atlassian backups. It is not available for customers on other plans, such as Premium or Standard:

      • "We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for customers on the Enterprise plan through a beta program."

      Expected Results

      The backup and restore experience is available for customers on plans other than Enterprise.

      Actual Results

      The backup and restore experience isn't available for customers on plans other than Enterprise.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
