Issue Summary

Goals shortcut is not visible on the left side of the Jira Navigation menu even if goals are present.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira home page.
2. In the left pane, check if the Goals shortcut is present.

Expected Results

The Goals shortcut should be visible in the left navigation menu when goals are present.

Actual Results

The Goals shortcut is not visible, even though goals are present.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
