After performing a C2C JSM data copy, all notification settings in the JSM project are enabled by default.

Example:

The "Customer invited" notification under Project > Notification Settings was previously disabled, but became enabled after the migration.

As a result, users and admins need to manually revert these settings to match the original configuration.

Expected behavior:

Notification settings should be preserved and carried over during the JSM C2C data copy.
