The new Backup and Restore tool currently lacks the capability to download backups in a human-readable format, as the backup manager tool does, limiting its use for internal analysis, particularly for large instances

Suggestion

We propose adding functionality to download backup data in formats like CSV or JSON, making it accessible for offline review and use. This enhancement would improve the tool's flexibility and meet compliance and audit needs for users, especially those with large data volumes, as highlighted in CLOUD-11743.
