It's better to keep custom field ID post C2C migration as integrations may use them

      Custom field IDs will change during the Jira data copy (C2C migration).

      However, some customers may use custom ID to do the integrations.
      It would be hard to restore the same integrations on post migration since the custom field ID changes.
