Issue Summary

Switch App (Switch Sites or Apps / 'Open in app') lists duplicates of Assets site

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to your JSM site
2. Click on Switch app and expand Assets
3. You'll see Asset link listed twice for each site:

Expected Results

Asset site should be listed once

Actual Results

Asset site link is listed twice for same site

Workaround

Both the links lead to same site.
