Issue Summary

It is unacceptable for sandboxes to be deleted due to inactivity without any notification.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do not touch Jira sandbox till 28 days.
2. Sandbox automatically goes in OFFLINE state after 28 days.

Expected Results

 The should be an email as “We’re suspending your sandbox due to inactivity”  to warn customer ahead of deletion, as happens for Confluence sandbox.

Actual Results

Sandbox gets deleted with no notification.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
