Issue Summary

New sandbox is created with sandbox name prefixed brie-sandbox-reserved-.

Steps to Reproduce

1. You receive below email - 
   Dear XXXXXXX,
   Your Confluence sandbox at http://brie-sandbox-reserved-XXXXXXXXX.atlassian.net/wiki 
   has been created and is ready to use. Learn more about what you can do with a sandbox.
2. You check Audit logs and see your Account Id as creator of sandbox. However it has not been created by you.

Expected Results

The notification and audit logs show correct details and provide customer details on why the sandbox has been created by the system.

Actual Results

The notification and audit logs showing incorrect details.

Workaround

Please ignore this sandbox.
