      Problem summary

      • For Jira, Internally, we can only retry/resume if the failure happened in the MediaFileCopy step and within the last 14 days.
      • With Jira production site having large size of attachments, sandbox FDC take longer time. In some scenarios, attachment  [MediaFileCopy] keeps on running for 4-5 days.
      • After [MediaFileCopy] complets, and Data copy fails on next step, there is no option to retry/resume failed migration.

      Suggested Solution

      • Provide an option to retry/resume failed migration from any steps.
