Currently, important product notifications requiring action from Atlassian Administrators—such as feature deprecations or updates that need configuration changes—are shared via changelogs or Atlassian Community posts. However, this approach is not ideal, as critical updates can easily be missed. As a result, admins may find themselves with little time to make necessary adjustments before the changes take effect.

It would be much more effective to have an in-product view where all upcoming changes or deprecations that require admin intervention are listed, along with the dates when these changes are expected to arrive. This would allow admins to proactively track and prepare for changes, with clear visibility into what’s coming and when those changes will be implemented.

Providing such a feature would be a significant improvement, helping admins maintain their instances efficiently and avoid disruption caused by missed or last-minute changes.
