Improvement in duration of failed backup

      Issue: A failed backup takes over 21 hours, while a successful retry completes in 2 hours.

      Expected: The backup should not take significantly longer than the successful run duration. This time should improve.

      Actual: Multiple retries and timeouts cause the process to take longer.
