Issue Summary

Migrating scoped(Users and groups associated with selected projects) using "Copy product data feature" for cloud to cloud migrations is not providing list of users and groups getting migrated to cloud prior or post-migration for better user migration strategy. It simply shows the Total number of <> users, <> groups, and <> teams regardless of what option is selected by the migrator. Be is scoped or All Users, Groups and Teams". 

Steps to Reproduce

• Migrate a single Jira project or Confluence space with scoped users and groups.
• Jira: (https://admin.atlassian.com -> Settings -> Data transfer -> create Copy plan -> Choose option "Only users and groups associated with selected projects")
• Confluence: (https://admin.atlassian.com -> Settings -> Data transfer -> create Copy plan -> Choose option "Users and groups associated with selected spaces")
• There is no option to download the users and groups getting migrated to cloud or even an option to view the number of associated users, groups and teams for the selected projects.

Expected Results

• Option to download list of users and groups getting migrated between cloud sites.

Actual Results

There is no option to download the users and groups getting migrated between cloud sites.
