Issue Summary

Threaded comments are not getting migrated for Jira in C2C migration and CSV import

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Project or use an existing Project
2. Create a new Issue or use an existing Issue
3. Add a comment to the Issue
4. Add a reply comment to the previously made comment
5. Use C2C migration to migrate the Project

Expected Results

After the Migration/import is successfully completed, the Threaded comments should also show up on Destination instance that Issue

Actual Results

After the migration/import is successfully complete, the comments are migrated successfully but not as Threaded Comments.
