Issue Summary

• After 28 days of inactivity, sandbox goes in offline state.
• If user tries to overwrite the Jira app by adding new Jira product, it fails with message " Unable to create sandbox"
• In the network logs, we get the error

{ "errorCode": 1500, "message": "Sandbox products are not soft deleted", "reason": "SANDBOX_NOT_SOFT_DELETED" }

• JSM app sandbox is still in active state.

Workaround

• Jira, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery sandboxes are linked together as they share the same platform.
• Delete other Jira apps i.e. JSM and Jia product discovery app to create new Jira app sandbox.
