BRIE Backups for Jira and Confluence fails intermittently with Timeout

      Issue Summary

      Sometimes we see that the backups for Jira and Confluence which are scheduled using BRIE feature, fails with Timeout Issue.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Schedule a Jira/Confluence backup using BRIE feature
      2. Observe the completion of Backup

      Expected Results

      Backups should complete without any issue.

      Actual Results

      Backups Completes with status FAILED. In backend we can see that a few operations get timeout during backup generation.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no workaround available for to resolve this issue. Kindly reach out to Atlassian Support for further assistance.
