Allow users to rename backup and restore policies

      Summary

      The Backup and Restore tool enables users to create and manage backup policies, but currently lacks the ability to rename existing policies.

      Users aiming to standardize naming conventions for backup policies face challenges, as there is no direct way to rename an existing policy. 

      Suggestion

      Allow users to rename a backup policy directly from the Admin UI. This capability would simplify the process of maintaining consistent naming conventions and improve the overall user experience.
