Issue Summary

• Project deleted after data copy plan is saved, is included when copy is initiated

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create data copy plan by selecting few projects and save it.
2. Delete any of the project from cloud instance which is part of data copy plan
3. Try to run the data copy plan now.

Expected Results

• There should be pre-flight check notifying about projects which are deleted in cloud site

Actual Results

• No preflight check for projects which are deleted and part of data copy plan.
• A project that is deleted after the data plan is saved fails during the data cloning process, marking the migration as "incomplete."

Workaround

• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
