Allow admins to remove app suggestions and Marketplace entry points from Apps sidebar

      Current behavior

      • In Confluence or Jira, we have an *"Apps" section in the sidebar that allows all users on the site to view and request app installations, "Explore more apps".

      Suggestion

      • Have an option for Site admins to disable the "Explore more apps" section for end users.
