With the introduction of the Jira new navigation, we have observed that the queue hierarchy in the sidebar is deeper than before, making it less convenient for agents to access. Currently, it appears as Project > Project Name > Queue.
While we can bookmark the page to have it open by default, there is no setting to keep the queue section expanded at all times.

We request an improvement to allow the queue section to remain expanded by default in the sidebar for easier access, such as ability to pin certain items.
Additionally, we seek a more streamlined way to navigate to all filters and dashboards from the sidebar. These enhancements would improve the user experience for our agents.
