      Issue Summary

      The Confluence native PDF export data policy does not have an option to disable PDF, Word, or attachments downloads separately. Once disabled, all exports and downloads are restricted.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
      2. Select Security > Data security policies.
      3. Select your policy from the list.
      4. Select Add rule to disable exports.

      Expected Results

      The user should be provided with an option to disable either the PDF/Word or attachments within the instance.

      Actual Results

      • This rule blocks attachment downloads and export formats, including XML, CSV, HTML, PDF, and Word.

      Workaround

      • Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
