Some Cloud licenses are being upgraded to Atlassian Teamwork Collection (aka TWC) and Service Collection:

Teamwork Collection is a suite of connected apps and agents that makes it easy for your whole organization to work more effectively together. It includes Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo agents for Teamwork, and access to the Atlassian Platform apps.
Service Collection is a group of apps and AI experiences to help teams deliver exceptional service experiences for employees and customers.

Currently, for a new TWC or Service Collection license to be activated in Atlassian Cloud, any existing licenses must be deactivated first. This process deactivates the production licenses and, consequently, the associated sandboxes. After the license is activated, the sandbox subscriptions don't automatically reactivate, resulting in sandbox products being deactivated with no option to reactivate them through the UI.

This is a request for an enhancement to automatically reactivate sandbox subscriptions once the new TWC or Service Collection licenses are in place.
