Allow the user to cancel Backup and Restore tasks

      Atlassian's Backup and Restore feature can create a Backup task and a Restore task

      In the event that the user needs to stop one of these two tasks, there is no option. This feature would be incredibly helpful when managing backups, especially during disaster recovery efforts

      Suggestion

      Allow users to cancel a Backup or Restore task from the Admin UI
