Current Situation

Currently, the email notification after Sandbox Creation gets triggered with a Success message; however, it takes 30-40 mins to access it.

If users try to access the Sandbox right after getting the email notification, they get below screen:

Suggestion

It would be helpful to send the email notification once user can access the Sandbox and start working.
