Problem
With the roll-out of the New Jira Navigation, it is now possible to edit the menus in the sidebar. But it can only be edited on a user level and not on a global level by Jira Admins.
Suggested resolution
Bring the possibility to edit the Jira sidebar on a global level, to be seen by all users.
